The 7-Minute Mind Journal · A Simple Holistic Therapeutic Guide
You know that feeling at 11 pm when the house is finally quiet — but your brain is incredibly loud?
Maybe you have tried to fix it.
Maybe you bought one of those beautifully marketed wellness planners you saw online. The ones that cheerful influencers sell, demanding you write down "three things you are grateful for" while your chest is actively vibrating with exhaustion.
Or maybe you grabbed a blank notebook and used it to vent. Scribbling down every scattered fear until the page looked exactly like the chaos inside your head. No direction. No progress. Just moving the mental chatter from your mind onto paper.
Or maybe it is not anxiety in the traditional sense. Maybe it is the conversation that happened three days ago that you are still replaying — picking apart what you said, what they said, what you should have said instead.
The argument that ended badly. The moment you stayed quiet when you wished you had spoken. The version of events that plays on a loop at 2am — the what-ifs, the should-haves, the things you cannot undo but cannot seem to stop revisiting.
Maybe it is not only in your head. Maybe it is the tightness in your chest that will not loosen, the jaw you keep unclenching only to find it clenched again an hour later — your body holding onto something your mind has not caught up to yet.
And maybe you already know all of this, and it still comes out sideways. The short reply you regret the second you send it. The silence when you meant to say something kind. The version of you that shows up when you are this overwhelmed — who is not who you actually want to be.
Or maybe you have never journalled at all — because staring at a blank void when you are already overwhelmed just feels like another assignment you are going to fail.
It is exhausting. All of it.
The planning, the prompting, the venting, the replaying.
And it is entirely not your fault that it is not working — no one ever showed you how to do this differently.
You were never meant to carry racing thoughts, unprocessed feelings, and a body full of tension — without a map for any of it.
We are constantly told to out-hustle our struggles. To just "look on the bright side" or magically fix our own minds through willpower and a better morning routine.
But true peace doesn't come from forcing positive thoughts. And it certainly doesn't come from staring at an empty page trying to invent a path out of the woods.
When you are carrying that much weight, you do not need a blank page. You need a safe place to stop. You need order — and someone to hand it to you.
As a psychologist, I got tired of watching brilliant, exhausted people blame themselves because a marketer's hyped-up diary did not help them.
Here is the truth: when your system is overwhelmed, you physically cannot create structure out of nothing. Asking someone in pain to design their own healing process is like asking someone with a broken leg to build their own crutch.
You don't need to hustle harder.
You need a map back to yourself —
mind, body, and all.
That is exactly why I built
the 7-Minute Mind Journal.
A Simple Holistic Therapeutic Guide.
We ask. You answer. Just seven minutes a day.
By the end, you don't just feel calmer for a moment. You think more clearly. You actually know what you're feeling, instead of just being flooded by it. You respond in ways you won't regret. And you carry less tension in your body. That is the whole point.
I designed this to carry the heavy lifting for you.
The prompts act like a map. They bring quiet order to the mental chatter. You do not have to figure out where to start. You do not have to worry if you are doing it right. The scaffolding is already there. You just show up.
No forced positivity. No toxic wellness trends. Just a guided, clinical space to untangle the knots — one that tends to the whole of you: body, behavior, emotion, and thought.
This is not a product to be sold. It is a life-changing tool that came from seven years of sitting with real people in real pain. This journal is what I wished I could hand every single one of them.
You will never stare at a blank page. The journal guides you entirely — one structured prompt at a time. Seven minutes. That is all.
You will finally see patterns and actual progress — rather than just moving chaos from your head to a page. Structure turns noise into something you can work with.
You don't have to have words for it. You don't have to know what you feel. This journal meets you exactly where you are — and does not ask you to perform wellness.

Written by a psychologist.
Not a marketer. Not an influencer.
One page.
Seven minutes.
Seven small steps.
You are never handed a blank page. Every entry moves you gently through the same seven-step sequence — so you always know exactly what comes next.
-
The Body
A simple body map — mark where the heaviness lives today. No explaining, just noticing.
-
The Emotion
Name what you're feeling from a guided emotion library, without judgment or performance.
-
The Narrative
Get the thought stuck on loop out of your head and onto the page, then gently examine it.
-
The Behavior
Notice the urge underneath — to hide, to control, to overthink, to seek approval.
-
The Root Needs
Identify what's actually being asked for underneath it all — safety, connection, rest.
-
The Choice
One small, doable next step — not a life overhaul, just the smallest helpful action.
-
Settle Your System
Close with a nervous-system reset — the physiological sigh, a butterfly hug, or 5-4-3-2-1 grounding.

A real, guided entry — seven steps, seven minutes

The Body — a simple map for locating where stress lives
Not just talk therapy.
A journal for the whole of you.
Most journals only ever speak to your thoughts. This one was built the way therapy actually works — tending to your body, your behavior, your emotions, and your thoughts, together.
The 7-Minute Mind Journal draws on 40+ research studies in the science of emotional regulation — teaching you how to work with racing thoughts, difficult emotions, sensations trapped in the body, and unhelpful behaviour patterns, one small structured step at a time.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — catching the automatic thought and testing whether it's fact, prediction, or interpretation.
ACT
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy — making room for difficult thoughts instead of fighting them, and choosing values-led action anyway.
Somatic Experiencing
Tracking where stress lands in the body first, before it ever becomes a thought you can name.
Somatic Therapy
Nervous-system resets — the physiological sigh, butterfly hug, and grounding techniques — to settle the body, not just the mind.
Needs-Based Approach
Looking underneath the reaction to find the unmet need it's protecting — safety, connection, rest, or control.
Mindfulness
Observing thoughts, urges, and sensations without judgment — so you can respond, instead of react.
Every step is grounded in a real clinical framework, reviewed by a second clinical psychologist before print — not because it looks good, but because it moves something.
Imagine what tomorrow morning looks like.
You wake up.
The mental chatter tries to start before you even put your feet on the floor. But instead of following it down, you sit with a warm cup of something. You open the journal to today's page. You answer the one question it is asking.
That is it. That is all it asks.
Shoulders drop.
Jaw unclenches.
The mental chatter settles.
You respond, instead of react.
Compare the price of this journal to the absolute exhaustion of letting that mental chatter run your life for another twelve months.
You don't have to fix everything today. You just have to sit down for seven minutes.
Are you ready to quiet the mental chatter?
"A clinical space to untangle the knots — in seven minutes a day."

This was not written by someone who treats wellbeing
as a product category.
It was written by a psychologist who has spent
seven years in the room with people exactly like you.
My name is Anaita Arthur Veigas. I am a licensed psychologist, PhD scholar, and integrative therapist based in Mumbai. My doctoral research focuses on self-compassion and anxiety — the quiet scaffolding beneath almost every pattern of suffering I have sat with clinically.
I did not build this journal because it seemed like a good opportunity.
I built it because I kept watching people come to sessions carrying a beautiful journal they had abandoned by day four. People who were intelligent, self-aware, genuinely trying — and still walking away feeling like they had failed. Again.
Every step is built on real clinical frameworks — CBT, ACT, somatic experiencing, somatic therapy, a needs-based approach, and mindfulness. Every prompt exists because of something I have seen work in a real person's real life. Not because it looks good. Because it moves something.
The journal was reviewed by Dr. Gitika Talwar, PhD — Clinical Psychologist, Seattle USA — before going to print. Because something this important deserves a second pair of clinical eyes.

"This journal has a lot of helpful information. You don't need to tackle it all at once — here's a simple way to go through it without it feeling like a big chore." — from the journal's opening pages
Built like something
worth keeping.

The work, in their words.
From therapy clients. Names masked for privacy. Nothing else changed.
"After every session I feel as if some weight has been lifted. I got to know more about myself and was given real tools to deal with what was underneath — not just to manage it, but to actually move it."
"Her genuine empathy and non-judgemental presence helped me overcome fears I had been carrying for years. For the first time I actually felt safe enough to do the real work."
"It doesn't feel like something being done to me — it feels like I am an active part of my own process. That distinction matters more than I expected it to."
A few things people ask
before they order.
Because you didn't fail those journals. Those journals failed you. A blank page asks you to generate structure when your system is already overwhelmed. This journal does the structuring for you. Every entry moves through the same seven guided steps — you only answer what is asked. That is the entire difference.
No. This is a daily clinical tool — not a substitute for professional care. If you are in distress, please reach out to a licensed therapist, or write to us at connect@heremind.org. To work with me directly, visit anaitaarthurveigas.com.
Three to four times a week is the aim. If you miss a day, you continue where you stopped — no streak to protect, no guilt to carry. This journal operates on grace, not performance. The 62-day cycle is a rhythm, not a target to hit perfectly.
That is exactly who this was built for. The journal includes emotion libraries, body-mapping prompts, and a somatic close for every entry. You do not need to arrive with words — the structure helps you find them.
It's printed on 120 GSM alabaster paper, thick enough that ink never bleeds through to the next page. The journal is a compact 6" × 9", sized to fit easily into your everyday bag, with a sturdy cream hardcover and a ribbon bookmark.
Other journals give you prompts. This gives you a seven-step clinical protocol grounded in CBT, ACT, somatic experiencing, somatic therapy, a needs-based approach, and mindfulness — written and reviewed by actual clinical psychologists. The framework is the product. The pages are just where you do the work.
Orders are open now, and the launch offer is live. Your exact ship date will be communicated directly via email once your order is placed. Every journal is packed with care and shipped across India.
Shipping & fulfilment.
Every journal is put together consciously and by hand — created as orders come in, not pulled off a shelf. Because of that, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order is placed.
Why we don't accept returns
Each journal is processed and prepared specifically for your order, in small batches, with care at every step — from printing to packing. This lets us keep quality high and pricing fair, but it also means an order can't be resold once it's made, so we're unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or defective orders
A lot of thought goes into how we package every journal, to keep it safe in transit. If your journal arrives defective or damaged, please email connect@heremind.org within 15 days of delivery, with an unboxing video as proof. Once we receive the journal back, we'll inspect it and let you know the next steps.
You don't have to
fix everything today.
Seven minutes.
The noise will still be there tomorrow if you leave it. Or you could sit down with it tonight.
