Here Mind operates heremind.org — a House of Psychology offering print-on-demand wellness goods (apparel, mugs, posters, totes via Qikink; journals and books via Pothi), digital downloads and Canva templates, and access to 1:1 therapeutic services with Anaita Arthur Veigas. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your rights over it. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data is used only in accordance with this policy. We may update this policy — continued use of our website constitutes acceptance. We recommend checking this page regularly.

Here Mind is the data controller for information collected through heremind.org, its WooCommerce store, WPForms contact forms, and associated marketing tools. Therapeutic services conducted by Anaita Arthur Veigas are separately governed — see Section 04.

Sensitive Information — Therapy Intake

Here Mind uses Fillout.com to collect intake information for the 30-Day Therapeutic Container and all 1:1 therapy enquiries with Anaita Arthur Veigas. This form is accessible at heremind.fillout.com/therapywithanaita.

The intake form may collect sensitive personal information including mental health history, presenting concerns, therapeutic goals, and personal background. This information is used solely for the purpose of assessing suitability for therapeutic work and conducting that work.

Fillout is GDPR-compliant and does not sell your data. Form responses are stored securely on Fillout's servers and accessible only to Anaita Arthur Veigas. For data removal requests related to Fillout form submissions, contact connect@heremind.org or directly at privacy@fillout.com.

Therapy intake data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and is never shared with third parties, used for marketing, or disclosed without explicit consent except where required by law (e.g. risk of harm to self or others).

We share data only where strictly necessary for order fulfilment, payment processing, or legal compliance. We do not sell personal data.

Qikink

Print-on-Demand Fulfilment

Name, address, phone, and design files shared for production and courier dispatch. Qikink does not use your data for any other purpose.

Pothi

Book & Journal Printing

Name, address, and order details shared for book production and shipping only. No refunds or returns apply to Pothi products.

Razorpay & PayPal

Payment Processing

PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We never store card numbers or CVV details. Payment data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Google Analytics

Site Analytics

Anonymised traffic and behaviour data. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. You may opt out via browser settings.

Fillout

Therapy Intake Forms

Collects therapy intake form responses. GDPR-compliant. Data stored securely and accessible only to Anaita Arthur Veigas. See Section 04.

Akismet / Gravatar

Spam Detection & Comments

Comment data and IP addresses processed for spam detection. Email hash shared with Gravatar for profile images on approved comments.

Embedded content (videos, images, social feeds) from third-party platforms behaves as if you are visiting that external site directly — they may collect data, use cookies, and track interactions. We are not responsible for third-party data practices.

08 Data Retention

Registered users may request export or deletion of their personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

09 Children's Privacy

Here Mind is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through our site, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

Therapeutic services with Anaita Arthur Veigas are available only to adults aged 18 and above.

10 Your Rights

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and applicable Indian law, you have the following rights over your personal data:

11 Marketing Communications

We send promotional emails only with your explicit consent. You may opt out at any time by clicking Unsubscribe in any marketing email, or by emailing connect@heremind.org.

Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications — you will still receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and support responses.

Therapy intake form respondents are never added to marketing lists. Intake data is used solely for therapeutic assessment and service delivery.

12 Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

By using heremind.org, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. The most current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
