Here Mind is a House of Psychology operating at heremind.org. We sell print-on-demand products including apparel, mugs, posters, and tote bags (fulfilled via Qikink), journals and books (fulfilled via Pothi), digital downloads and Canva website templates, and provide access to 1:1 therapeutic services with Anaita Arthur Veigas. Your use of the website and any purchase from us is governed by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws.

03 Print-on-Demand Products
All physical products are custom-made to order after payment confirmation, typically within 24 hours of order placement. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Slight variations in colour, print placement, size (±0.5 inch tolerance), and materials may occur due to digital printing processes — these are not grounds for return
- DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing may produce colour variations compared to screen previews — this is standard and expected
- Journals and books are fulfilled by Pothi.com and are subject to their production timelines — once ordered, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except for verified production defects
- Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins
- Returns are accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or misprinted items only — an unboxing video is required
04 Digital Downloads & Canva Templates
Digital products — including Canva website templates, workbooks, e-books, and tools from The Digital Library — are delivered via download link or Canva template link upon payment confirmation.
- All digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted
- You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own business or personal use
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or re-upload any digital product purchased from Here Mind
- Canva templates are delivered as template links — each buyer receives their own editable copy. You may not share the template link with others
- Here Mind retains all intellectual property rights in all digital products
Permitted use: You may customise and use purchased templates for your own practice or business. You may not resell the template itself, package it in another product, or claim it as your own design work.
05 Therapy Services
30-Day Therapeutic Container & 1:1 Sessions
Therapeutic services offered through Here Mind are conducted by Anaita Arthur Veigas, a trauma-informed psychologist. Access to these services is by application only via heremind.fillout.com/therapywithanaita.

These Terms & Conditions govern the Here Mind website and shop only. They do not govern the therapeutic relationship, which is subject to professional ethical standards, confidentiality obligations, and applicable mental health practice law in India.
- Therapy services are not products and are not subject to consumer goods return or refund law
- Cancellation and rescheduling terms for therapy sessions are governed by the client agreement issued upon acceptance into the therapeutic container

- You represent that any custom designs you submit do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Prohibited content includes hate speech, illegal material, obscene content, or copyrighted material submitted without permission
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing violating designs without notice or refund
Here Mind Brand
- The Here Mind name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. Unauthorised use is prohibited
- All trademarks reproduced on this website that are not owned by Here Mind are acknowledged as property of their respective owners
- Unauthorised use of our intellectual property shall give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law

08 Pricing, Payments & Limitation of Liability
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of applicable shipping charges and taxes
- Prices may change without notice — the price at time of order confirmation is binding
- Full payment is required upfront before production or access is granted
- GST is collected where applicable — you must provide accurate billing details
- Payments are processed via Razorpay or PayPal — both PCI-DSS compliant
- We are not liable for declined authorisations due to payment limits with your acquiring bank
Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the order paid by you
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for courier delays, transit damage, production variations within stated tolerances, or force majeure events
- Products are sold on an "as-is" basis subject to the stated product descriptions
09 Shipping & Fulfilment
- Orders ship via third-party couriers — estimated delivery 2–9 business days within India
- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier
- RTO (Return to Origin) or undelivered items may be stored for up to 100 days and reshipped upon request
- Fulfilment of apparel and merchandise is handled by Qikink — we coordinate but are not liable for their internal production processes
- Fulfilment of journals and books is handled by Pothi — subject to their production timelines
- Currently we ship within India only
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect
10 Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use heremind.org only for lawful purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from our website
- Hacking, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with website infrastructure
- Submitting fraudulent orders, false information, or impersonating another person

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of our website, purchases made through our store, or engagement with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
