Shipping estimates are approximate. Delays may occur due to production timelines, weather, pincode serviceability, courier availability, or public holidays. Order early if you have a deadline.

Because all physical products are custom-made to order, every order goes through two distinct stages before it reaches you: production + processing (handled by our fulfilment partners) and shipping (handled by third-party couriers or India Post). Both stages contribute to your total delivery time.

- Bulk or institutional orders: 2+ weeks

Peak periods: During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) and sale events, production and shipping timelines may be extended by 2–5 additional business days. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance during these periods.

05 International Shipping
International Orders — Important Notes
We currently ship internationally via India Post / Speed Post EMS only. International shipping is available for Qikink products and Pothi books, with the following conditions:
- Processing time: 6–12 business days (production + dispatch)
- Qikink products: Shipped via India Post or Speed Post EMS — tracked to most destinations
- Pothi books: Shipped via India Post International Book Post in open envelope format — no tracking number provided
- Speed Post EMS estimated delivery: 4–14 business days depending on destination country
- Standard India Post international: 10–40 business days depending on country and customs clearance
- All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT at the destination country are entirely the buyer's responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection at destination

06 Tracking Your Order
- A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched by our fulfilment partner
- Tracking is available for all domestic courier shipments and most international Speed Post EMS shipments
- International Pothi book post shipments via India Post Book Post are not trackable — this is a limitation of the India Post international book post service
- Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking email for the tracking link to activate on the carrier's website
- If your tracking shows "Out for Delivery", expect delivery the same day
- If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international), contact us
Track domestic India Post shipments at indiapost.gov.in or via third-party trackers like 17track.net or aftership.com using your tracking number.
07 Shipping Restrictions
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses
- Unserviceable domestic pincodes are automatically detected at checkout — you will be prompted to provide an alternate delivery address
- Northeast India, island territories, and remote pincodes may incur additional Remote Area Surcharges (RAS) — applied automatically at checkout
- Here Mind dispatches within the stated processing time — we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, India Post, or customs authorities after handover
- In-transit damage or loss by courier is subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders to unserviceable locations where no alternate address is available
08 Undelivered & RTO Orders
An order is marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to our fulfilment partner when:
- The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient was unavailable across multiple delivery attempts
- A COD payment was refused at delivery
- The pincode was found unserviceable at dispatch time
- The package was unclaimed at the courier facility
What Happens to Your RTO Order
- RTO orders are stored by our fulfilment partner for up to 100 days
- To reship your order, contact us within 100 days — a handling fee of ₹20 + 18% GST and return shipping charges will apply
- Customer is responsible for all reshipping costs
- Orders not claimed within 120 days will be discarded — no refund applies
- Custom print-on-demand products cannot be restocked or resold — unclaimed orders are destroyed
Please double-check your delivery address, pincode, and phone number at checkout. Incorrect address details are the most common cause of failed deliveries. Here Mind is not responsible for delivery failure due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
09 Digital Products
Canva website templates, workbooks, e-books, and all digital downloads from The Digital Library are delivered electronically — no physical shipping applies.
- Access is granted via download link or Canva template link emailed immediately upon payment confirmation
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive your download email within 15 minutes
- Download links are valid for a limited period — contact us if your link has expired before you could access your purchase
- Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted — see our Refund Policy
10 Damaged, Lost & Issues
Damaged or Defective Items
- Report damaged, defective, or misprinted items within 7 days of delivery
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for all orders — this is required to process damage claims
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, unboxing video, and photos of the damage
- Verified defect claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund per our Cancellation & Refund Policy
Lost in Transit
- If your tracking has not updated for 5+ business days domestically or 20+ business days internationally, contact us
- We will raise a courier investigation on your behalf
- Confirmed lost shipments will be replaced or refunded at our discretion
- Untracked Pothi international book post shipments — we cannot guarantee delivery and are unable to raise courier investigations for these
Wrong Item Received
- Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item received
- We will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost
11 Tips for Smooth Delivery
- Always double-check your full address, flat/house number, landmark, and pincode before placing your order
- Add your mobile number accurately — couriers contact you before delivery
- If you live in a gated society or building, mention the society name and security contact if relevant
- Record an unboxing video for every order — this is your proof for any damage or defect claim
- For gifting or deadline orders, order at least 3–4 weeks in advance to account for production and delivery time
- If you will be unavailable at your delivery address, consider using an office address or ask a trusted person to receive the package
- During peak seasons (October–January), add 5–7 extra days to all estimates
