Here Mind operates across three distinct product categories — print-on-demand apparel & goods (via Qikink), journals & books (via Pothi), and digital downloads & Canva templates (via our Digital Library). Each category has separate refund terms governed by the respective fulfillment partner's processes and Indian consumer law. Please read the applicable section carefully before placing your order.
Cancellations are accepted only before production begins — typically within 24 hours of order placement. Once your order enters the production queue with our fulfillment partners, cancellation is no longer possible.
Important: If you need to cancel, email connect@heremind.org immediately after placing your order. Do not wait — production windows are tight.
Unboxing Video Required: Without an unboxing video, Qikink cannot verify the cause of damage and will not process a refund or replacement. Please record your unboxing for all orders.
Verified defects qualify for a replacement of the same item, subject to inventory availability. A handling fee of ₹20 + 18% GST per item applies. Customer covers return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.
Replacement copy issued for verified production defects only — no handling fee, no monetary refund. Reported within 7 days with photos/video evidence.
Journals and books are printed on demand by Pothi and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or monetary refund once the order is placed.
All digital downloads — including Canva website templates, workbooks, e-books, and tools from The Digital Library — are non-refundable once purchased and access is granted.
Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any digital product after the download link or template link has been accessed.

Size and product exchanges are not supported for any products across any category. If you ordered the wrong size, a new order must be placed at your own expense. We do not facilitate exchanges through Qikink or Pothi.
For verified eligible issues, a full refund (minus applicable handling and shipping fees) will be processed within 6–8 business days to your original payment method, in accordance with RBI guidelines.
No monetary refunds are issued for Pothi products, digital downloads, or therapy services. Pothi products may receive a replacement copy for verified production defects only.
