We're expected to look our best selves and be criticized when we don't fit the standards that they set.
We're sold products that thrive on our lack of acceptance of ourselves.
We put in little to no work on emotional awareness, and healing and turn to ways to process emotions that add more emotional distress.
We lack awareness about the power of our thoughts and their effect on our actions and vice versa.
We carry our past wounds into every relationship and end up hurting those who don't harm us.
We chase pleasure and lose peace.
We live a full life but feel empty within.
We do everything we can to avoid being with our thoughts and feelings.
We have people around us and feel lonely.
The rich have and get more, and the poor spend and lose more.
It doesn't have to continue to be so. Being your best and breaking free from this unending cycle is hard work, but healing, choosing true joy, and being at peace is possible and worth it.
And, this begins with you. I'm here to accompany you on this sacred journey of working through your goals, whether it is mental health—procrastination, unhealthy and abusive relationships, low self-confidence, loss of meaning and purpose, grief recovery, trauma processing, inner child healing, reparenting, or even spiritual fulfillment. About Me
I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from Mumbai University and a master's in clinical psychology from SNDT University. And I am pursuing a PhD in psychology in mindfulness and self-compassion from MLCU.
Over the years of working, I've refined my expertise with the adult population across varied issues using holistic science-backed techniques for treatment. I specialise in working with women using mindfulness and self-compassion-centred CBT to work with narcissistic abuse recovery and codependency recovery, among others.
I am a single parent to a 2-year old. In my non-working hours, you'll find me enjoying time with my loved ones, listening to worship music, engulfing myself in the word of God, creating artworks, or traveling.
I believe a huge part of healing and growth is in the process of learning, unlearning, and relearning over and over again. And I'm here for you as you take on this good fight for yourself.
