Before You Write
Where is my order? +
Orders are fulfilled by Qikink (apparel, mugs, totes) and Pothi (journals). Processing is 3–5 business days, then 5–10 days shipping within India. You'll receive a tracking link by email once dispatched.
Can I cancel my order? +
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Email us immediately at connect@heremind.org with your order number.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? +
Record an unboxing video for all orders. Email us within 7 days with your order number, the unboxing video, and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a return or replacement.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? +
Returns accepted within 7 days for damaged, defective, or misprinted items only. No exchanges or change-of-mind returns. Journals and digital products are non-refundable.
I can't access my digital download. +
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll resend access within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship within India only. Follow us on Instagram for updates on international shipping.
