Here Mind provides print-on-demand products (apparel, mugs, posters, tote bags via Qikink; journals/books via Pothi) with the following cancellation and refund terms based on our fulfillment partner processes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted only before production starts (typically within 24 hours of order placement). Requests after this are not possible.
Return Eligibility (7-Day Window)
Qikink Products (apparel, mugs, posters, tote bags): Returns accepted only for:

Damaged/defective products (provide unboxing video + photos of damage/packaging)

Misprinted items (design/print errors)

Size discrepancies beyond ±0.5 inches (submit measurements + photos)

Lost in transit (courier confirmation required)
Not eligible: Color variations in DTG printing, buyer remorse, improper unboxing damage, late claims (>7 days).
Journals & Books (Pothi Fulfillment):

Print-on-demand and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once ordered.

No refunds/returns for content issues, typos, layout, or design preferences.

Replacements only for production defects (missing pages, incorrect binding, physical printing damage) reported within 7 days with photos/video.

Verified defects get replacement copy only (no monetary refund).
Return Process (Qikink Products Only)

Courier pickup → Warehouse inspection (5-7 business days)

Approval → Replacement/refund issued
Replacement Policy

Qikink: Verified defects qualify for replacement (same item) from returned inventory when available. Handling fee: ₹20 + 18% GST per item. Customer pays return shipping; we cover replacement shipping.

Pothi: Replacement copy for production defects only (no fees, no refunds).
No Exchanges
Size/product exchanges not supported for any products.
Refund Processing (Qikink Only)
Full refund for verified issues (minus handling/shipping fees). Processed within 6-8 business days to original payment method per RBI guidelines. No refunds for Pothi products.
