Here Mind ships print-on-demand products (apparel, mugs, posters, tote bags via Qikink; journals/books via Pothi) across India and select international destinations. Shipping estimates are approximate only—delays may occur due to production, weather, pincodes, courier availability, or holidays. Order early for deadlines.
Order Processing Time
Qikink Products (apparel, mugs, posters, tote bags): 2-3 business days production + processing.
Pothi Journals/Books: 3-5 days (up to 7-9 days hardcovers; 2+ weeks bulk orders).
Orders after 2 PM IST process next business day. Weekends/holidays excluded.
Total Delivery: 5-12 business days domestic (Qikink: 4-8 days; Pothi: 7-14+ days).

Shipping calculated at checkout based on weight, pincode, and product type:

Add-ons (Qikink): Box packing (₹17.7), Gift wrap (₹47.2), Cards (₹47.2). Remote/Northeast surcharges apply.
Delivery Estimates
Metro Cities: 2-5 days post-processing.
Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 days.
Remote Areas: 7-10+ days (India Post ₹63.7-₹127.4/0.5kg).
International: 6-12+ days processing + shipping (no tracking for Pothi books). Duties/taxes on buyer.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking links emailed once shipped (couriers only; no tracking for international Pothi books).
Courier if service available to pincode; India Post otherwise.
Delivery to address provided at checkout. No P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO.
“Out for Delivery” = expect same day.
Shipping Restrictions
Unserviceable pincodes: Auto-detected; provide alternate address.
International via India Post/Speed Post only (Pothi books in open envelopes).
Here Mind hands over to couriers/postal services within processing time—not liable for their delays.
RTO/Undelivered Orders
Reasons: Wrong address, customer unavailable, refused COD, pincode issues.
Stored 100 days for reshipment (₹20 + 18% GST handling).
Customer pays return shipping. Discarded after 120 days.

Damaged/Lost: Report within 7 days per Cancellation & Refund Policy.
